4. VISITOR SNAPSHOTS AND LOGS
The Services may automatically capture visitor snapshot images during intercom interactions.
HIVE may maintain:

visitor interaction logs;

unlock activity;

intercom call activity; and

related operational records.
HIVE does not provide continuous surveillance or audio recording.
5. DATA RETENTION
Operational records are generally retained for approximately three (3) months.
HIVE reserves the right to modify retention periods as operational requirements evolve.
6. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
HIVE uses third-party infrastructure providers including:

Twilio;

SendGrid;
-
Sematext;
-
Apple Push Notifications; and

analytics providers.
Certain providers may process limited data as required to operate the Services.
7. DATA HOSTING
HIVE primarily hosts data in Montreal, Quebec using Canadian cloud infrastructure.
Some third-party providers may temporarily process data outside Canada.
8. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
HIVE may disclose information:

to courts or governmental authorities;

9. SECURITY
HIVE uses commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of:

10. USER REQUESTS
Users may request:

deletion requests; or

information requests through HIVE support.
Certain requests may require coordination with building management.
11. AI AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
HIVE may utilize AI systems, analytics tools, automated moderation, fraud detection, and operational automation systems to improve reliability, diagnostics, security, and support operations.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal Canadian law.
